Comission, alteration and repairs service

We offer a unique commission, alteration & repairs service at each of our stores.  Design your dream piece of jewellery with one of our knowledgeable staff members, and the workshop team will create it for you within 2 - 4 weeks. 

Stone walls

Choose from our wonderful range of gemstones & freshwater pearls from our 'stone walls' instore, or bring in your old jewels for us to revamp & modernise for you.  If you have broken jewellery, bring it in for us to repair, or mix with new stones to create a brand new look.  Our workshop charges start from £8.

Workshop Tarrif

All of our workshop services are undertaken by trained professionals using quality materials.  Simple repairs start from £8.00.  We can replace sterling silver earring hooks from £10.00 a pair and fit clasps from £14.50.  If you need your beaded jewellery to be restrung we can do this for £1 per inch (minimum job charge £12.00) for general restringing and £1.60 per inch (minimum job charge £15.00) for knotted restringing.  We recommend that you restring your pearls knotted to avoid the pearls damaging one another.  We can restring your elasticated bracelet for £8 (single stranded) or £12 (double stranded).

Guaranteed Repairs

We guarantee all restringing and general repairs for a 6 month period unless otherwise specified.  We guarantee all elastic repairs for a 3 month period.
