We currently do not print a catalogue of all our products due to the exclusive nature of our jewellery. Unlike most other High Street jewellers, we do not mass produce our pieces and work with very low stock quantities. We want our jewellery to be as unique and individual as our customers.  
We do publish a seasonal style journal from time to time, to request a copy register your details here.

All goods are sent via Royal Mail. This includes overseas deliveries. All recorded delivery orders can be tracked online through the Royal Mail website. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Absolutely! Please be aware that it is up to you, the customer, to find our about the customs process within your country. Westwood Rocks cannot be held responsible for any import duties or taxes payable.

Yes we are able to deliver to a different address to the invoicing address. We are able to gift wrap your item if you select this option at checkout.

Westwood Rocks jewellery is beautifully finished off in our signature pink and black packaging.

Westwood Rocks vouchers may be purchased for any desired amount in denominations of 10 pounds sterling. Click here to view and purchase Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from purchase date.

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

To cancel your contract you must notify us by email at returns@westwoodrocks.com or telephone us on +44 (0) 845 6 434 115.

Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to:
a) You not having worn or damaged the products.
b) You not having removed any security tags from the item.
c) You returning the product/s to us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
d)The item(s) cannot be a Bespoke Special Order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.  The item(s) cannot be earrings for pierced ears due to health and safety.

To return your item post it to: WESTWOOD ROCKS RETURNS, PO BOX 806, GODALMING, GU8 4WL.  It is your responsability to insure the product whilst in transit as we do not accept any responsability for item lost whilst not in our care.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards via our online payment gateway, supplied by Iridium.

We also accept payment via PAYPAL.  To pay via paypal you can either pay using your PAYPAL account or if you do not have a paypal account by using a credit or debit card.

All payments are made in a secure way.

Your account will be debited once your order is ready to be dispatched.
